Others have posted the link on Twitter already, so I'll repost it here. You can download the PDF for free yourself. https://osrgames.itch.io/star-frontiers-ng Some comments on this...

This is a 248 PAGE PDF that is 69 MEGS in size. It's not a trivial undertaking to make.
It's not just a copy/paste job... I can confirm the PDF was created using InDesign on a Mac, so someone with publishing experience did the actual layout.
The text is a 99% straight copy from the Star Frontiers d20 treatment found online, with creative use of search and replace. For example, "knighthawks" are now "stormeagles", "cybernetics" is now "technomancy", etc.
The parts that are not a straight copy from SF d20 are clearly badly written blocks for parody purposes.
The art is 99% from Pixabay, NuTSR's go to place for art. There are some pieces that I've confirmed are from Adobe Stock, which means whoever's doing this isn't some fly by night hack but has access to Adobe software and clipart that only comes with an actual Adobe license.
The art is awful.
The Latin on the fake UCPS logo in the PDF translates to "fight the porridge" and "I can't read this." Yes, really.
There are FORTY different fonts used in the document.
Besides the meta data that specifies it was done in InDesign n a Mac, all other meta data has been stripped out.
In a nutshell, someone went through a great deal of effort to put this together; this isn't a five minute hack job. This likely took DAYS and a sincere devotion to the craft. My theory: I am very tempted to think that this document is based on the mythical "Star Frontiers: New Genesis" Version One that was distributed to friends and family and never made available as an actual product. I just can't imagine someone going through the effort of creating this thing out of thin air, which makes me think that it had some foundation in reality. NuTSR already admitted that Version One was d20-based... so the document has to have existed. Honestly, I'm rather impressed. Someone is far more dedicated to the craft than I am.
