I don't think so. I think he's just trying to act like a bully. This is not how stalkers behave in reality (I deal with real-life stalkers all the time) and this is more like him trying to inflate like a puffer-fish and trying to scare and intimidate everyone. With everyone making him the butt of jokes, Justin has to act tough in order to try and convince people to leave him alone. LaNasa probably feels cornered, and thinks that by sowing terror he can appear to be a bad ass when in reality, he's just a pair of clown shoes. This is the same guy who a few months ago was bragging that he's part of "Special Forces" and that with a single phone call he can black bag anyone and have them thrown in the back of a van, grabbed by a covert ops division. All of that is what losers say to people who don't know better in order to make themselves seem more impressive than they really are. When I was in the military in the 1980's we had a few guys in our unit who also made weird claims that they were secret undercover ninjas (or something similar, hey it was the 80's!) in addition to being low-paid grunts like the rest of us. Losers love to blow up their personal resume' and make shadowy references to things they've seen in action movies. It's really pathetic, but somewhat commonplace amongst the socially-stunted. They lack imagination.
