Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here, but wouldn't such a document need to be observed and signed off on by a notary public for it to be legally binding? Otherwise, anyone can just forge signatures and claim someone agreed to do something. And any notary public (which isn't hard to get, truthfully) would be mindful of the civil penalties for fraud and misuse.Also, trying to claim Don signed an NDA isn't even relevant. All that does it establish that the beta materials ARE in fact, property of LaNasa's. Which he is trying to deny. Eh? I wonder how long the judge will take to respond to this...</blockquote>
