Tori Spelling is actually relatively cash poor. She probably has the lowest "net worth" of the original list. She has managed her money badly, and most websites report her net worth around $1.5 million. Looking at Justin's real estate portfolio, it's definitely worth more than that on paper. But this is also a good example of why reported "net worth" is not particularly useful. Tory Spelling may not have a ridiculous amount of money, but she's also well cared for. She'll never be homeless. Her kids have their own trusts. The $600 million Spelling family wealth isn't hers directly, but she certainly never needs to worry about being broke. As for Justin, I can look up an estimated value of his real estate but I have no idea how it's leveraged. His property investments went up in value over the last few years, but that means his taxes have also gone up significantly. While his homes and commercial properties are probably easy to flip if needed, a lot of his investment properties are undeveloped plots that could be very hard to turn for a significant profit in the current economy. And it's worth noting that as much as he's been lucky in the real estate world, he's certainly had his share of commercial failures. His attempts at "weapons design", tourism tours, and CBD/hemp growing have all fizzled out. Not to mention his rising legal fees. Of course, this is all just pointless posturing anyway. Net worth doesn't mean much if you're morally bankrupt.
