Example #42a34d that these guys at NuTSR just aren't playing with a full deck. When NuTSR first tried to steal the "TSR" name, they were stupid enough to try and use the original logos as well. To their credit, at some point after the first lawsuit filing they realized this was a bad move. Accordingly, they stopped using the original "Moon" logo (image here taken from the DHSM website): And switched to this very similar, but (hopefully, to them, legally) different version, now seen on their FB page: This weekend someone visited the DHSM and shared about the trip on FB. NuTSR, being the social media wizards they are, decided to link to the story. While this shouldn't be noteworthy, I couldn't help but notice that while at the museum, this person bought a book with this stamp on it: Yup, that's direct evidence of NuTSR still using the original "Moon" logo. Unaltered, but adding their name and internet address to it. The "angled" TSR logo shows up a few places as well. And it's clear that NuTSR is marketing themselves as being the original "old school" TSR to get people interested. Seriously, why even bother with the half-assed rebranding? Why would you use your own FB to share proof that you're still using the logo you know you don't own? It's like they want WotC to destroy them in court. They're putting the evidence for WotC out on a silver platter.
