New video up from @Jedion357. Warning, some NSFW language (mainly in text):

The first half is info about more harassment from the Rod Cooper account. But I think the more interesting part of the video start around 11:30 in. Tom is reporting that Lanasa has not been properly collecting sales tax from the DHSM. If this turns out to be true, it's bad news for Lanasa. There is plenty of photographic evidence of him selling dice, old books, new books, T-shirts, and board games from the museum. The video says a formal legal investigation has started. It will likely take awhile, but it will be an interesting one if true. On a semi-related tax note, it worth noting that Don Semora recently claimed that Justin either falsified or misreported some of the taxable transactions between @Wizard Tower Games and NuTSR when WTG was working on Dungeon Crawl. That case is likely much more complicated. But if the IRS starts poking around, they're sure to poke there as well. More bad news for Lanasa. As a pedantic final note, I think one thing that Tom says in the video needs a minor clarification. He says a couple of times that Lanasa was "convicted" on "tax fraud" issues in North Carolina. To the best of my knowledge, Lanasa was never charged with a criminal offense. Rather, the state filed a civil suit against him for failing to pay taxes on the oxygen bar(s) that he runs. The civil case ended in a summary judgement against Lanasa for $40k+. But he was not technically "convicted", and "tax fraud" would not be the correct legal term. But Tom is absolutely correct that he's been in trouble with the IRS before.
