That's just a registration of an "alien" corporation - ie he's registered so he can do business in his home state without having to actually go to the Wisconsin office. Among savvy individuals, this is often so that you can manipulate taxation and legal jurisdictions, in Justin's case I think it was so that he could try to have the TSR LLC vs WotC LLC in his own backyard - though it's unclear what advantage he thought he'd get beyond reduce travel costs. The bigger issues with piercing the veils are: 1. As the sole agent of the company, he has obligations to the company and so if he brings massive debts upon it through improper/reckless action - then that liability can be passed on to him; and 2. The finances are (from what I've been told) an utter mess with Justin using his own money, taking payments via the Kava vape shop account, sending cheques to Don from multiple non-TSR LLC entities; and 3. Registering the Dungeon Hobby Shop Museum LLC account while in the process of taking legal action against Wizards of the Coast LLC, thus indicating it's only purpose was thwart liability; and 4. Intermingling the interests of OSR Games LLC with those of TSR LLC when there's no clear purpose for the company other than to spread liability. Registering stuff initially under his name and then transferring it to a company isn't that unusual, but it will be an issue in the case of it being an ongoing matter than with a clear purpose that respects the separation of entities. Based on other reports about his taxes etc, Justin is prone to assuming he's found a way to defeat government expectations and then going to court when he's wrong - and so probably selects his legal counsel based not off the quality of their advice, but how much they agree with him and promise whatever he asks for (and don't check to make sure he's following the steps required). So he's likely to learn the hard way that doing less than 100% of the necessary compliance is always a losing move, whether it's 10% or 75%.
