You're probably right. However, it's also a possibility that we're seeing the first signs of Justin buckling to reality and starting to negotiate with Hasbro. I was a little surprised that the last motion to push back the trial was proposed jointly by both sides, because Hasbro obviously has to do more work than Lanasa in regards to depositions, gathering info, etc. Also, the monthly lawyer bills have to be hurting Lanasa much more than Hasbro. If Lanasa was still fighting tooth and nail, it makes more sense for him to argue to keep the earlier trial date. I think the change in trial dates, along with this change away from using the TSR urls, may be the first concessions Justin is making to Hasbro. We'll need to keep an eye on the other websites (tsrmuseum . com and tsr-hobbies . com) in the upcoming weeks to see what happens there. There is an unfortunate achievement here that most of us probably don't want to think about: the Dungeon Hobby Shop Museum is probably turning a profit. Enough to justify spending money on advertising it. Lake Geneva is a tourist town, and the summer months are peak season there; it makes sense to put up a billboard now to attract customers. Remember that Justin also runs another tourist trap in Wilmington, NC called the Museum of the Bizarre. He may be a bigot, a liar, and an all around unpleasant person, but he's also a successful businessman. Of course, the secret to profitability in the DHSM relies partially on the fact that Justin has Jeff Leason running it for the cost of free housing, which gives Justin both really low overhead, and someone at the museum who was actually at TSR and can give it credibility. I am sympathetic to the fact that Leason probably needs the job and legitimately wants to share the history of the real TSR with people. But it's hard to see him as anything but an enabler of bigotry and lies at this point.
