Well he does kind of have to worry about being caught, just not for perjury reasons. For example, the Dungeon Crawl artwork license with Larry Elmore - Justin announced in his hearing that it was a license to TSR LLC "and Justin LaNasa" because he wants to keep using it and selling the games under the OSR Games LLC entity. He's not going to get charged with perjury over that bit of minor larceny. However, the trustee may use anything he says to argue that because the board games with the artwork exist, OSR Games LLC owes TSR LLC a substantial licensing fee - and so does Dungeon Hobby Shop Museum LLC etc. Thus essentially sending Justin a bill. Wizards of the Coast may then use that to add OSR Games LLC into the counter-suit, and expose all records under that to Discovery, etc. If Justin elaborates on his finances in a way that makes it look like money laundering, tax fraud, etc then that can be referred on to the FBI to investigate and prosecute. But, more importantly to Justin... it's very upsetting for him to be asked pointed questions and have to actually answer them - particularly when there are people looking down at him and shaking their heads at his answers, and he can't just scream that they're loser cucks in response. That's presumably why he hired the extra lawyers - probably on advice from the trustee. Historically though, he is unlikely to follow the advice he's paying for... I pretty much guarantee you his bankruptcy lawyer advised him to have all the paperwork on hand, answer questions succinctly and with no additional comments, etc.. So where it goes from here is in the hands of fate.
