Not if they were subject to an Article 15. As I mentioned above, accepting an Article 15 is not admission of guilt, even if accused of a criminal activity. There is also no judicial process, nor conviction. There is no way to prove the person who got an article 15 actually did a criminal act.  Unless you're arguing that an accusation means they did if fact do the crime. Which I don't think you are, for obvious reasons.Edit: I’ll add calling someone a criminal because they may have done something illegal seems pretty odd to do, because then we’d all be criminals. Went over the speed limit? Crime. Didn’t stop fully at a stop sign? Crime. Accidentally damaged someone’s property? Crime. Swore in public? Crime in a lot of places. No, we usually reserve calling someone a criminal until after they are convicted of a crime.</blockquote>
