Having a quick look at it seems Judge Scanlon has:

Reminded Justin's lawyer the judge has inherent jurisdiction, and so won't sign an order that waives that
Disagreed with the idea that because people are "regularly associated with" counsel they protected
Reminded Justin's lawyer that expert witnesses are only to be used as necessary
Reminded Justin's lawyer to try to do his job of resolving the issue without the judge's involvement
Reminded Justin's lawyer that the judge gets to decide when sanctions are applied, not a letter he writes
Reminded Justin's lawyer that her court has rules for confidential information and he should follow them
So basically she went through and redlined a whole bunch of stuff that mostly indicates Justin's lawyer is not doing so great. Most specialist lawyers are specialists because they are passionate on particular issues, and the conventional wisdom is that by the time you have built up a case for your client you should be sincerely convinced the remedy you seek is right and just... but... part of the job of a lawyer is to maintain professional distance. This is why there's the quip about "A lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client." The ideal lawyer is very passionate about their client's case, in such a way that they will - if it comes to it - immediately take the client aside and explain to them empathetically but clearly that a situation has changed and that the client needs to adjust their expectations and consider other options, no matter how painful that is.
