Message: <blockquote data-quote="Deset Gled" data-source="post: 9365620" data-attributes="member: 7808">Regarding the domestic violence charge, it has come to light that the location of the assault is actually an intersection in front of a private Quaker school, and it is believed (but not confirmed) to be the school that the Lanasa child attends.  It's worth noting that the time of the assault is right around the time that school ends in the US.  Also, schools (even private ones) are mandatory reporters in the US.I'm trying hard not to speculate too much (despite the fact that I really want to).  But without even imagining what the actual assault was, it is entirely possible that this all started with a report from someone at the school, not any of the involved parties.  That would explain the delay from the report on the 20th to the arrest on the 22nd; the Lanasas simply weren't there anymore by the time police arrived.  If that's the case, it's likely that what we're seeing is an extremely by-the-book response by police, and they're following local statutes to the letter regardless of what either party (i.e. Justin or Erika) want to have happen.It wouldn't even have to be fancy booze.  This could be as simple as Justin keeping a cooler with a couple of Bud Lights under the counter at one of his vape shops or tattoo parlors.  In any case, it looks like it may turn out to be a pretty minor charge (so far).  Personally, I'm more curious to find out how he managed to get in trouble for it.</blockquote>
