If you recklessly directly accuse someone who just died of direct involvement in racist material when you knew or, with any amount of care and attention to the matter should have known, that they were not directly involved with that racist material, that looks defamatory to me. It looks malicious, particularly when you wait to do it until the person just died and cannot defend themselves.The only project I am aware of which Ernie took any personal credit for isn't being mentioned in this thread so far, and that is Marmoreal Tomb which wasn't a NuTSR project. While Benoist did most of the work on that project, Ernie did also work on that project directly, and edited and reviewed the project, and his name is directly on it. And I have heard zero controversies regarding that project other than how late it was.. And the lateness was very serious, but nothing of the nature of the stuff being discussed in this thread.</blockquote>
