The Geomancer & Spell Versatility

Okay, posted this over on the WotC's Prestige Classes forum a while ago, but the results weren't helpful much, so here I go:
Concerning the Geomancer's Spell Versatility class feature (CD, page 42), are the listed examples of what can be done the only things that can be done?

To use an example, let's say I have a character that's a wiz 3/clr 3/geo 10; she's put all her geomancer caster levels into cleric, giving her a cleric caster level of 13. Now I know she can cast any of her wizard spells in armor, can use her Wisdom for her arcane spell DC's, can spontaneously convert her arcane spells into cure spells & can possibly substitute her divine focus for an arcane material component, but is that all?

If she can cast her 0-2nd level arcane spells as divine spells in this manner, can she then cast them as if she was a 13th level wizard (be able to breach SR easier, have them be harder to dispel, they last longer, etc.)? Mind you, she still has the spell slots of a 3rd level wizard, but can she use her other (higher) actual caster level? I'm not sure if it's legal, but it seems reasonable (& would only become broken at epic levels when mixed with mystic theurge; where most stuff breaks, anyway).

If it isn't strictly RAW (which, as you can see, I can't tell), would it be fair to allow it? (In which case, this could be moved to House Rules.) It seems like a slightly weird alternative to MT.

One of the reasons I'm asking this is because I can't find where it's determined/stated what a "spellcasting parameter" is. This is a big gray area for me. If save DC's & components are, why not duration, range, etc.? Any insight will be appreciated, even if I do get learned. (But do it nicely.) ;)

Oh yeah, I don't access to Search, so links will be fine, too.

There is no definition of spellcasting parameters. By the examples and specific text of the Geomancer in Masters of the Wild, it seems that you could indeed use your best caster level for spells of your Spell Versatility level and lower.
