If your talking about the +5 magic arrows, aren't those only magical when the archer uses them, I don't think they remain magical in someone elses hands.

That's obviously the intention, but I was thinking that those arrows would still radiate powerful enhancement magic. They're obviously magical to the guy who gets stuck with them.

Sort of like a Holy Avenger. That sucker's 120,000 gp! But in the hands of anyone but a paladin, its a piddly 8,000 gp +2 sword. Anyone casting Detect Magic on the Holy Avenger would read it as immensely powerful, but then when the wizard's Fighter buddy picks it up he gets pissed because its just a +2 sword.

Similarly, those +5 arrows (50,000 gp) are very powerful magic weapons, but as soon as anyone other than the Arcane Archer who first created it tries to actually fire one they find out those +5 arrows aren't doing as much damage as they'd hoped....

Originally in the DMG

Enchant Arrow: Every nonmagical arrow an arcane archer nocks and lets fly becomes enchanted, gaining a +1 enhncement bonus.

Nowhere does it say that the arrow stops being enchanted.
Of course, it doesn't say that you need to use unarmed attacks with Flurry of Blows, either.
