Well, we get hailstorms in the middle of summer often. The highest regular temperature in the summer is 20 Celsius which some of my Spanish friends have called refrigeration, but then again they are Spanish. Many people swim in frozen lakes during the winter here. Even more run out of a boiling hot sauna into a frozen lake and back.
