I generally go the opposite of the critics thoughts.

It sucks = Very entertaining

Classic / Oscar= fall asleep if I'm not careful

Good movie= DVD rental

There's no reason to end a thread, unless a discussion has ended or it has gone awry. The old practice of starting a new thread when it gets too long was due to bandwidth and memory issues which no longer exist.

I believe this was discussed about 1600 posts ago, though (give or take). Now, I believe the prevailing idea is, "Why clutter the archives with a bunch of Hive threads when we can just have one?"
