How do I get it so I can put it in my sig area like others have done?

Treebore, if you have already voted and go to this page here it should give you a the various images to choose from. Then just go and edit your sig via the user control panel and add the url in as an image.

I didn't really explain it very well but hopefully I explained that clearly enough for you to partially understand what I'm trying to say.

Thanks! Yeah, I know how to put it in my sig, thats how the Dragon banner got in there. I just needed to know the location you gave me.
