D&D 3E/3.5 the Lasher in v3.5

Has anyone worked out a conversion for the Lasher (S&F) to the 3.5 rule set given the changes that were made to the whip...?

I'm resurrecting a game that finished in v3.0+ and one of the 3 main characters needs to update her Lasher character pronto...

if this has been posted in another thread (or someone has seen someone's version on a website or something), feel free to post a link for me...

The lasher, in my experience, works fine as it is. The changes to the whip (and whip dagger by logical extension) mesh just fine with the abilities of the Lasher.

I seem to recall that the RPGA's Living Greyhawk campaign replced the Lasher PrC with the Exotic Weapon Master PrC when Complete Warrior was released. Not a bad idea, but certainly removing the uniqueness of the Lasher.

Check out EN Arsenal: Whip. It doesn't have the lasher, but it's got a spheric yard of other whip coolness.

To emulate the lasher, you mostly need the ability to use a whip in melee to make attacks of opportunity, and to manipulate objects. That's easily done with E.N. Arsenal - Whips. Here's the product page at RPGNow, and here are the reviews here on this site.
