1337 - LEET, as in "leetspeak," where certain numbers are swapped out with letters.

I gave up on OotS a couple years ago after realizing there hadn't been any real plot development in almost a decade. This comic makes it look like Rich is trying to get back on track, but probably has another year or two before actually getting somewhere.

I read Dim Sun today -- great stuff! Very reminiscent of early OOTS, and funny both for the Dark Sun jokes as well as the cross-references to normal OOTS. Shame he can't continue it, but it was fun for a one-shot. If you like OOTS, pick it up!

Basically, yes.

There is an element of evil twin trope, as well as evil opposite trope involved, but you need to read through their interactions to get to the full depth of the "swapping" that is taking place.
