I changed the way the center banner logo displays - it's now set at the style template level instead of in the banner. Yesterday I had to change the Sci-Fi & Fantasy links. That meant changing 17 iterations of the header file. That's just too much work.
By moving the banner into the style template I seperate what needs to be changed. Now I can change a link in the header site wide (almost, ENclassic still has it's own header) without having to change 30 files at the same time, just 1 file.
We really don't need to link the image - what with the links VBulletin itself provides and the links in the banner it was redundant.
As to the globe swap - I don't have an original copy of the globe Morrus used for the current logo. I've swapped it for a different one I do have. This makes editting new iterations of the logo less of a headache for me. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but this is a change aimed towards making producing new materials easier.
Comments welcome, and I do have the originals in reserve if you insist on going back. However going back makes things a lot harder on me in the future.
