Yes, chances are that someone someday may use an IC grudge as a way of voicing their OOC grudge. At least if they can't use real names/races/religions etc directly they have to tone it into something that OOC others might be able to brush off.Can you kinda see what I'm trying to get at?You don't have to pitch two actual countries (which would mean their governments as well) against each other for there to be bad things. There could well be violence in the Atlantic spawning from one would-be cult arguing with a subgroup without it "being" OOC groups.
