The Treasure Overhaul will include a series of one-page handouts for players, showing different markets, goods, vendors, etc. They're still being tweaked, but the Goblin Market was both easy and a ton of fun to write. The art is a placeholder.
Some goblin names are based on patrons (but goblinified to the point of unrecognizability).

My groups have loved the store and business handouts in Heroes of the Borderlands, so it'll be nice to have something similar for OSR games with this book.

I just purchased The Monster Overhaul at Half Priced Books. I've been playing around with it and I just wanted to come on here and say I am very happy with this book. It's just a lot of fun to sit around and generate random encounters with it.

I can also testify that you can just open to one of the sections with a map and encounter generators and create an adventure on the fly. My current Shadowdark campaign started by using the wizard tower encounter and generators.
