The Nwn CEP - do I need it if I just play single player?

The point is not whether you play online or not - but whther you download user modules to play or not.

If you do download user modules to play - get it. No question.

If you do not - don't bother.

By the way - as you are asking whther its worth thr trouble, I presume you are on 56k. The CEP was released on several cover DVD's in European game mags and can be found on the shelves if you look hard. This may or may not be of interest/help to you.

He is refering to those type mods. Many of them have been updated to use the CEP. But many more include CEP materials in their own available hakpaks, so it's not really necessary to download the whole enchilada.

I haven't downloaded it yet. It's a beast for anyone on 56k, and for the most part only mod builders will use most of it.
