The PC's are Dragons - How to run it?

IRRC, the 2E Draconomicon had rules for actually playing a dragon. The 3E version does to a lesser degree, but I was disappointed when I looked for a way to make a unique campaign where all the PC's were dragons!

If you've ever done something like this, or had some ideas about doing it, would you share them with us? Thanks!

There was the old Council of Wyrms box set campaign setting from 2e, which the entire premise of the campaign was just that.

Council of Wyrms also was released as a single hardcover book... I would suggest looking into it, it's pretty good, though it makes some odd changes to the Dragon <> Rest of the sentient races equation.

That's what I was thinking of! I knew they had a big dragon book for 2E.

I had such a campaign once, ... PCs started as "human" eggs though.
