I remember hearing about a party where the rogue and the wizard wanted to kill the uber-paladin. Problem was he couldn't be harmed by them without magic, and he had an item that dispelled any magic within 2 feet of him. So they shrunk a house-sized boulder a couple of times, then chucked it at him with a sling!

From 400+ feet up, an 8 foot wide, 4 inch thick coin should do 70d6 damage to whatever it lands on.

D&D physics makes falling objects top out at 20d6 damage.

Quite true in the case of wall of iron. And I think pseudonym is right about it maxing out at 20d6.

20d6 falling damage. Dont forget weight damage as well.

A fairly high level caster can use Wall of Iron to create several hundred tons of iron with one spell.

Just for the record by the way, a 20th level wizard casting an unaugmented Wall of Iron creates 46.875 tons (or 93,750 lbs) of iron. It's a goodly amount of iron, but it's not several hundred tons with a single spell.

2. Upon leaving the AMF, they would reshrink again...
