The Perfect Cookie

I believe the perfect cookie is the sugar cookie. It must be slightly smooshy in the center and dusted lightly with the large-crystal sugar. Mmmm! Nothing better!

A fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, still warm and so soft it almost falls apart is hard to beat. Oh, and molasses cookies, I like molasses cookies. Then again any cookie with milk is a tough combo to beat. :)

I gotta go with the sugar cookie. I love the chocolate chip, but sugar cookies make my belly feel all happy-warm and cause my nosehairs to dance cheerily.

The sugar cookie, absolutely.

Yesterday, I discovered there's a Peek Freans factory in the east end of Toronto. The entire neighborhood smells of my mother's kitchen when she's making sugar cookies.

Any warm cookie I have in my hand is the perfect cookie.

Preferabbly without nuts or raisins.

I like:
snickerdoodles
oatmeal cookies
chocolate chip
"no-bake" cookies
sugar cookies
Christmas cookies

der_kluge you beat me to it! i was getting ready to say any fresh warm cookie is the best! Although those mentioned in the thread so far are most certainly the ones that are at the top of my list.

The perfect cookie is only sold by The Cookie Company and only by those stores in the south. It is the perfect combination of two chocolate cookies with a sugary cream filling sandwiched between them. It is heaven.
