Of course it is. Because there's more to Cha than just beauty. But beauty is still in. Imagine Nanny looking like Arwen - She'd rule the Discworld in no time, not even Granny could stop her then! :p

Not fair. Ghouls and Ghasts have no business having anything above 6 for Charisma.

I have to agree: They're motivated only by hate and destruction (and I just don't see them talking beyond stuff like "I'll eat your flesh"), they stink, they're rotting.... Unless they have an ego the size of the Tarrasque, they should not have a Cha as high as they have - all things that define charisma are missing.
