D&D 4E the Price of 4E

While I think they should be cheap, preferably 25 dollars, which would be comparable to what the 3e books cost initially in 2000, a high buy in at $100 (DMG and MM)+$50 per person (1 PHB each) wouldn't dissuade my group from 4e, at least from what we've talked about in the past.

Kids can't afford $50? Halo 3 goes for $60 and it managed to bring in $170 million in its first week. Please don't tell me all those were bought by adult gamers and parents.

Actually, since the game is rated M and thus CAN'T be purchased by anyone underage, that's precisely what I'm going to tell you.
