Water is in you too.
	--Priest of Istishia.

The one that sees water’s true powers are the one’s that now it can heal as well as destroy. They are the Priest of Istishia the god of water.

Requirements
To qualify to become a priest of istisha, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
	Alignment: Any neutral none evil.
	Skills: Knowledge (Nature) 4 ranks, Knowledge (Plains) 4 ranks, Knowledge (Religion) 8 ranks.
	Spells: Ability to cast protection from elements as a divine spell.
	Patron: Istishia
	Domain: Water

Class Skills
The class Skill for the Priest of Istisha (and the key ability foe each skill) are Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Heal (Wis), Knowledge (Nature), Knowledge (Plains), Knowledge (Religion), Profession (Wis), and Spellcraft (Int).
	Skill Points at Each Level: 2 + Int modifier.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Priest of Istisha prestige class.
	Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Priest of Istisha gains no knew proficiency with weapons and armors.
	Spells Per Day: A Priest of Istisha has the ability to cast a small number of divine spell from the Priest of Istisha spell list. To cast a spell, the Priest of Istisha must have a Wisdom score of at least 10 + spell level, so a Priest of Istisha with a Wisdom of 10 or lower cannot cast these spells. Priest of Istisha bonus spells are based on Wisdom, and saving throws against those spells have a DC of 10 + spell level + the Priest of Istisha’s Wisdom modifier. When the Priest of Istisha gets 0 spells of a given level, such as 0 1st-level spells at 1st level, he only gets bonus spells. A Priest of Istisha prepares and casts spells as a cleric does (though he cannot sponteously cast cure or inflict spells).
	Improved Healing (Ex): All cure spell when cast by a Priest of Istisha act as thow the metamagic feat Maximize Spell was on them.
	Summon Water Elemental (Su): The Priest of Istisha can summon an water elemental as by the summon monster V spell. The caster level is equal to the Priest of Istisha class level in this Prc. It can be used the indicated number of time per day.
	Bonus Feat: The Priest of Istisha gains a bonus feat off the following list at 5th and 10th level. Feat list Great Fortitude, Improved Initiative, Run, and Toughness.
	Greater Improved Healing (Su): From now one all cure spells the Priest of Istisha casts are doubled (for example if it will heal 3 hp it will heal 6 instead).

Priest of Istisha Spell list
1st-level spells: Cobra’s Breath *, Cure Light Wounds, Faith Healing **, Ice Dagger **, Kaupaer’s Skittish Neves **, Shield of Faith.
2nd-level spells: Blood Frenzy **, Bo of Water *, Cure Moderate Wounds, Endurance, Ice Knife *.
3rd-level Spells: Cure Serious Wounds, Steam Breath *, Water Breathing, Water Walk.
4th -level Spells: Cure Critical Wounds, Rusting Grasp, Sleet Storm.
5th-leve Spells: Battletide **, Healing Circle, Ice Storm.

Color is much better.

Here are my promised comments:

I thing the healing stuff is a little good. Maybe just give them a free CSW 1/day at 1st level and a free heal at 7th?

I would also consider dropping the requirement of being a divine caster. I would thing a Triton warrior or sea elf sorcerer, or something would take this class. But maybe that is more a "champion" of Istishia.

How about a special sea mount? Sea horse? Dolphin? Dragon turtle at 10th level?

I like the spell list (fromt he ones I am familiar with) and progression.

Knowlege (Plains) seems out of place. DO you mean Knowlege (OCEAN)?

I would take Run out of the bonus feat list and make it a level ability only useable in water.

One last thing, how about a freedom of movement in water and/or water breating? Those abilities seem appropriate.

Take what you want and ignore the rest.
 

Right now do you like it as is then whell start thinking of changes. By the way its for his land bast clerics thos that dont go in water but whould use the spells do do that.
 

I don't think I would allow it in its orginal form but only because of the Maximized healing at first level. I think that needs to be changed.
