The problem with Sinstra (Game post)

Oren said:
Forgive me for not giving you enough background. Anyway, after moving from your most recent adventure, you were attacked by a huge band of goblins. They harrowed you for several weeks, tiring you out and leaving you food and supplyless. You searched for the nearest town but found only wilderness. THAT is why you came upon Sinstra.
OOC: see the original thread for my post regarding this.
I didn't want to clutter up the In-Character thread, but guys - I think we need to step back a few steps before we step forward.

Oren, I think we need to re-think your adventure here, IMO.

BTW: We have a cleric that can cast Create Water and Purify Food and Drink.
My character is from a barbaric culture that had to live off the land.
I'm sure we all would know the land IF we've lived in your world all our lives.

HOW could we not know where towns are?

Do you have a map of the area, or are we just blundering thru lands unknown to us without a map?
