The Ram ran out of Kiltlifter--So I'm making my own!

Ok, last Thursday, before our first game session post-Gencon, I stopped at The Ram on my way home to pick up a couple of growlers of that great Scottish Ale they made just for the con. But the server said they ran out on Sunday!

Nooooo!

So tonight I brewed my own. Glasgow Kiss Scottish Ale! Made based on a 30 second discussion with The Ram's brewer at an Indy Microbrewfest held earlier this summer. Should be ready in about six weeks.

The site is great. It has a built-in spreadsheet to help you calculate things like O.G., bitterness levels and color for your selected beer style.

The batch is fermenting nicely in my basement. I'll probably rack it to secondary on Monday.
