I love paranoid players, they always give me the BEST ideas.

Ok...guys, this is getting a bit exagerated. Discussing tactics is ok, but we're never gonna come out of this. Let's play. Let's move on. We'll adapt and find solutions.

Mal, I wasn't thinking about the fighter for perception. Is there really no-one who would train that skill, possibly someone who doesn't have to waste a feat? ...Shalimar is right, they don't need to move fast, they need to hide, and the only need, like, a +4 or +5 to consistently beat our passive check.

On a side note, Mal, are you sure you want to take touhness at heroic tier? Durable doesn't look very good to me too. You could consider choices like quick draw and shield push that give you more options? Just an opinion.

Yeah, I'm expecting initiative soon.
I'm, gonna post something in the IC thread within 5 hours. I'll try sooner but I am at work and listening to poeple complain about their phone and internet. Yay job.

My 3 remaining feats this Tier are going to Weapon Focus: Light Blades, Backstabber, and Skill Training Athletics, and I've already taken skill training once. Who has a really high wisdom that would benifit the most from being trained in perception?

Ok, I'll take it. Gene, would you allow me to swap Leather Armor proficiency for Perception training?
The changes would be: AC 14, Perception +7, +24 gp.
Now I really hope they don't get too close...well, 24 hit points... sigh

Backstory reason: Arden's library back home is so large finding the book you're looking for is a skill challenge :P

I agree with Mal tactics. Minions are serious treat. The three figthers wide front is a good tactic and we should use it as we come to the Manor. Once on place, we could change for something more like Shalimar suggest, but instead to putting Mal behind, I would put Aelek, so Mal can block what come foward and Telsayn can then breath on the minions that have flooded the front.

And most of all, I agree to move on the adventure. As I said, experience will tell us who is wrong. I just hope it won't be at the cost of a character.

Gene, with your permission I will trade out my Streetwise skill for Perception so that Arden can keep his armor. Both of those skills are class skills for Rogues.

No, it's all right. I think mira has a low wisdom score anyway, doesn't she? I'll get armor training next level, it's no big deal, Arden's damn wizard after all. Also, I changed the sheet already and I don't want Gene to go crazy with continuous changes. Streetwise will have its uses.
