The return of Family Guy?

ok, ill bite...
how do your girlfriends ex-brother ruin a WHOLE show for you?
i can understand spoiling a joke in one episode.
but all 50?
His jackassery made the entire show unfunny for me. Plus his laughter could kill a god.

"Urh-HAHAHAHAHAH! That's so funny the dog's an alcoholic! URH-HAHAHAHAHAH! THE BABY WANTS TO KILL HIS MOM, URH-HAHAHAHAHAH!"

Just killed it for me.

Funny thing is I won't watch it on Fox anyway, but when they put those new reruns on Cartoon Network I'm there. I mean maybe Fox should realize that the reason it's doing so well now is the stability of being in the prime spot on Adult Swim. They will put the thing on Mondays at 7 for a month then move it to Sunday nights them put it on Thursdays at 9:30 then take it off the scedule for a month and then put it back on Mondays without any advertising, then get mad because the ratings are bad, It's just not worth the trouble for me to tune into Fox and get the runaround when I know eventually they will make it to Adult Swim (now if only Cartoon Netowrk would pick up Simpsons reruns......)

All I can say is.....TIVO.

plus the further rumor today is that they might actually air ON cartoon network.

of course they KEY factor that the suits ot be missing in all of this is that Family Guy (and Firefly and every other geek-show cancelled by Fox and the other nets) is that although they might not do HUGE ratings, they get over with the one audience you want... geeks. we're the ones who "just gotta have it" when it comes out on DVD, along with all of the other merchandising.

i have a dream...

Well being as it is one of the most popular showns on Cartoon Network ever yet it flopped on Fox you got to wonder where it would be better to run new shows at, not to mention which channel has the more in touch executives. The same could be said for Futurama which is doing huge numbers in reruns for Cartoon Network but got cancelled on Fox.

edit: there is no such thing as Catoon Network, bad keyboard.
