"<span style="color: #800080">We have never considered the concept of a mechanism for firing an arrow or a spear. With the catapults, we are firing blind and arching the projectiles over an obstruction. Even a smaller version of this, we suspect would be useless when mounted to a floating vessel. The repercussion of the launch would shake the vessel uncontrollably. We will investigate the idea of a mechanism to launch something like an arrow.
