Hmm. The use of the word "away" is actually the tricky part then, isn't it? Take that word out, and there's no problem with the 5-foot-shuffle skirmish maneuver. Leave it in, and I stand corrected. Groovy. Like I said, it was a stupid abuse of the skirmish ability anyway IMO.

But of course, you can move 10 feet away, then 10 feet back to where you started. Mox nix I suppose.
