The Shield

Joe,

Not sure if it's the weakest episode but it certain wasn't the finale we all were expecting. I can honestly say it does leave me anxious for season 7 and the series finale.
I really thought that the beginning of hte season the producers said that vic's storylines would be wrapped up this season and a shorttened season 7 would concentrate on the secondary characters. It doesnt seem to be going that route this time around.

Don,

Maybe they lied or were mistaken. They could have also changed their minds. In any case the point remains, Vic isn't done yet. But I'm sure by the end of season seven, he and the Barn will be.

It's been a good run for this show.

I dunno, I liked the finale. Vic drives off with a trunk full of blackmail material, he has more reason than ever to hate Shane -- but for once, Shane actually deserves the benefit of the doubt -- and it looks like next season, not only will Vic be taking on a corrupt businessman, but apparently the US and Mexican governments.

They've had seasons just sort of end before -- the money train season is a good example -- and I expect next season, they'll hit the ground running in a big way.
