The Slapping Hand of Mockery
Monks who have chosen this class mostly look down on sloppy foot work, pour posture and shotty openings in one's defense, the slapping style was probably originally intended to point out those flaws.

Requirements
BAB: 5
Skills: Intimidate 5 ranks
Feat: Improved unarmed strike, Deflect Arrows, Combat Expertise
Special: Must receive special training from a master of the slapping hand of mockery style.

bab Fort Ref Will Special
+0 +2 +2 +2 Monk abilities, Open Hand/Back Hand 2D4
+1 +3 +3 +3 Open Hand/Back Hand 3d4
+2 +3 +3 +3 Open Hand/Back Hand 4d4
+3 +4 +4 +4 Open Hand/Back Hand 5d4
+3 +4 +4 +4 Open Hand/Back Hand 6d4

Monk Abilities (Ex): Monks of the enabled hand continue much of their monk training. As such, a monk of the enabled hand gains the unarmed attack bonus, unarmed damage, AC bonus, and unarmored speed as if he were a monk whose level equaled his monk level + his enabled hand level. For instance, a 6th-level monk/1st-level enabled hand monk has an unarmed attack bonus of +5/+2 (as if he were a 7th-level monk). Those who somehow manage to meet the requirements for this class who are not monks gain these abilities as if a monk equal to only their enabled hand level.

Open Hand/Back Hand; This attack may be executed as as a partial action anytime your target is caught flat-footed dealing 2d4 damage as a mocking two-part slap with an open palm fallowed through with a back hand, they must make a Dc;10+ one half Slapping hand of mockery level + WIS or become frustrated and take a -2 on attacks and AC. At the start of each round the target who failed the save may re-attempt the save to collect them selves and shake off the frustration. This attack can only be executed a number of times per day equal to Slapping hand of mockery level + WIS. This bonus increasing by 1d4 each level to represent an extra open palm and/or back hand.

Ha, ha, This just popped into my head at random and I thought I'd share it with you guys for fun

I realize this is intended to be a joke PrC, but it would really work better as a feat. By the end of this PrC, you've given up 5 levels' worth of class features and a couple feats to add 6d4 damage to 5+Wis attacks per day and have a very small chance of adding a weak version of shaken which will barely last a round or two, and it only works against flat-footed targets and doesn't combine with flurry of blows. That's...not at all impressive, and the prerequisites don't even make much sense.

A better option:

Mocking Slap
You ridicule and humiliate your enemies, pointing out their flaws with backhanded slaps across the face.
Prerequisites: Intimidate 5 ranks, Improved Unarmed Strike
Benefit: Once per day per point of Wisdom bonus you possess, when making a flurry of blows against a flat-footed target you may add 1d4 damage per three character levels (maximum 6d4 damage) to all of your attacks. If at least one attack hits, the target must make a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 character level + Wis modifier + number of successful attacks) or be shaken for 1 minute.
