They really weren't a problem for us. I used my Spatula of Flipping and turned them. You could say that combat was over easy.

I started my group with the "Richard Baker's Bread" hook. Was that a mistake! The Andy and Greg characters totally clogged my Collins-der.

Condimentally speaking, I think WotC bungled this. One could say that Monte Cooks a bit too heavily with the Ari Marmellade, IYKWIM. Crunch to fluff ratio is waaay off. Were they just rolling on random treasure breakfast tables?

I totally Eytan Burnsteined the antepenultimate encounter! And the spices are totally out of whack. Here's some advice: Skip the sage.

I found that the SR (Syrup Resistance) of most of the creatures makes this very difficult for Syrupcasters of the appropriate level.

That's what gravy is for.

I was a little disappointed there was no "Tap the Treants" encounter, though.

[EDIT- I just had a really disturbing image of what it must be like when Treants pee.]
