Good start. I think the spacing between the islands in the large archipelago is a little too regular; you might tweak a few islands apart or together, or throw in a few blips for little islands.

The Bearpaw archipelago also stands out, but I assume that's intentional design.

looks good. Is this a detail of part of the world, or the whole thing?
If it's the whole thing, just keep in mind that the continents that run off the screen should match up edge to edge , unless your planet is a flat, drop off the world kind of thing.

A good start, Reveille. I agree that the regularity of a few of the features is a bit distracting, but then again I feel this way when I look at a map of some portions of our world today!
