THE STRANGE - Monte Cook & Bruce Cordell's new Kickstarter next week

So the Kickstarter for this will be going up live at 8am Pacific time. Looking forward to it, as they've been dropping some interesting hints on their G+ accounts.

$30K in its first hour. Half funded already.

I've backed. They are close to reaching their base funding already, and will probably have it before the day is out.

Yeah, that was quick! I wonder if they'll match NUMENERA's total? They're at $100K already, and it's been less than a day.

My gut feel is that this won't be quite as high. So far I am unimpressed with the approach to 'kits' and the first stretch goal was very poor.

I think they'll probably hit $300k but not $400k.

I think they have a longer time frame for this kickstarter, and the options are laid out differently.
With less than a little over 800 people and already over 106 thousand in the pot, if they continue the trend, they'll probably match or exceed the Numenara totals, possibly with less total backers..

I sent them a short list (only 4 or 5) questions yesterday, though I imagine they're pretty busy right now.

Looks kinda interesting, but there does not look like there is a way to catch much a price break on just a dead tree Core and Bestiary.
