A few ideas:

High fantasy magic and gritty post apocalyptic urban decay.
QUOTE]

Okay a political statement is mistranslated, tensions rise and the nukes fly. Generations born after "The Fall" have mutated DNA that lets them tap into inexplicable supernatural powers, like maybe a berserk rage or perhaps healing spells, or the ability to summon creepy mutant creatures. Or something like that.

How about Bob the Builder meets Judge Dread ?

Now you're just not playing fair.

A futuristic agricultural state, run by sentient farm robots, is patrolled by an armed enforcer, know only as "The Builder." His foil is a sneaky android named "Skud" that creeps among the farms, stealing and causing havoc among the machines. The town is controlled by the incompetent Farmmaster Pike (farmer pickles) who sends the Builder out on all his missions. The various farm robots all have distinct duties and personalities.

Waterworld meets Dark Sun.

Top that.

Water, Water Everywhere, But Not a Drop to Drink

A dark form of sorcerery sucks the life-giving force from water, changing it into the Black-rain. This tainted liquid kills plants, and saps the life from any living creature that drinks it. Despite plentiful rains, and rolling seas of water, there is little to drink. Plants are dying, and the land is slowly but surely being swalled up by ever increasing dead seas of black water.

I forgot to contribute when I made mine:

Vampire: The Masquerade meets World Wrestling Entertainment.
Wait - didn't that happen? In real life? I seem to recall that white wolf sponsored a group called "The Brood" who were all vampires... Their schtick was that halfway during a match (usually someone else's), the lights would go out, and when they came back on again, the victim was drenched in a red liquid. I think it was called "The Bloodbath". Pretty amusing...
