What will be WotC's 'big' release next year, I wonder?

This year we saw the Eberron setting.

The year before that we saw 3.5, and the minis game.

Weapons of Legacy and Battlefield Adventures are "big" in some ways - two new series for Wizards.

Cheers!

Perhaps, but I think most of the supplementary sourcebooks tend to be pretty low earners for WotC (my guess), and in particular offer fewer avenues for product expansion (mini support, novel support, adventure support, etc). I'm not sure those product lines will be any bigger than the 'Races of...' or the Environmental series currently running.

Eberron, OTOH, aside from being a big seller on its own (the main setting book), is not only becoming its own product line but is also seeing miniatures, and I assume we'll see Eberron novels.

All speculation, of course.
