I have no idea what the point of this post is. How does the story at that link make discussion about the state of the roleplaying industry moot? How is it the ultimate hybrid d20 resource? It has absolutely nothing to do with either. I fail to see even the slightest correlation. Moreover, jim pinto, you should know better than to be posting about politics or religion on EN World, as it is strictly against the rules and spirit of the community. We discuss RPGs here, and stuff strongly related to RPGs.

I think the point he's trying to make is that arguments like the one in the article show that people can't even agree about the most basic, fundamental underpinnings of reality, so how much hope is there of any of these smaller, pettier argument ever being resolved?
Of course, I don't see what would motivate him to post that here. There are plenty of sites that would welcome such stuff, like Circus Maximus.
