Similar to when the Spice Caravan was in town, this creates a festive situation where about 1/3 of the community goes a bit overboard.</p><p></p><p>The caravan brings news of social unrest in Eastaboga, but that city is so far removed it might as well be fictitious. They ask about the Southroad Seekers, having heard news of them. They talk about a clan of Mhytres being hired to work construction at Boga City and that major repairs to the old damage are being done.
