*There are some spoilers as there are in almost every adventure review.*

For your $3.95 you get 1 piece of light cardboard and 4 double sided 8.5"x11" sheets of paper with a color map on one side of one sheet and 2 staples.

If I want a instant adventure I don't want to have to pull out my rulebooks and fix all the stat blocks and have to make up some missing stats for the new monsters in this adventure.

All the instant adventure products include a new monster and some of them include a "new" items. In this one you get 2 slightly different new monsters which have lightning bolt and fireball but not the caster level or DC for said spells.

It has the typical one site with about 15 rooms setup. The enemies are ogres, new monster and a dragon. This adventure is supposedly for a 60 character level party but I suspect 28 could do it.

The stat block for every encounter is wrong without exception as far as I can see. The mistake is always in the attack bonus and 80% of the time the HD are wrong.

One flaw is the lack of treasure for the 2 dragons. One has 37k gcs and the other has nothing. Since the good dragon has the money there is very little treasure explicitly listed in this adventure. The other flaw is where the evil dragon comes from at the end of the adventure. He couldn't walk through the tiny doors nor could he realistically sneak up on the good dragon either. I'm sure your players will wonder where the evil dragon came from as well. Unless the party has fought the good dragon and severly weakened both parties the evil dragon will get killed by the good dragon with or without the party's assistance. The party certainly isn't challenged by a bunch of ogres on the way to the final scene especially if the party is 12-15th level.

The adventure isn't horrible but it certainly isn't up to the standards I'm used to seeing even in these instant adventure products which tend to be poor.
