Neither would work. You can't use a "Noun: The Something" construction when the noun is trademarked. That construction is reserved for Products in the line, for instance..
Dusk: Art of Magic
Dusk: Campaign Sourcebook
Dusk: The Falcon War (The online game)
To put it another way, if Decipher decided to launch a CCG game called Magic: The Warlocks tomorrow morning, wouldn't you think that WotC would be suing tomorrow evening??
You can still use the noun, but not in a stand alone capacity. I suggested Hours of Dusk or Red Dusk (A play on Red Dawn ) as possible alternates.
