When it comes to monsters I usually just go to the Homebrew Browse Monsters page... as invariably most of the main monsters from the MM appear there in some form or fashion uploaded by various people (with slight adjustments)... as well as CR'd up and CR'd down versions. Ad oftentimes those end up being even better than the normal ones anyway.
