this guy is lining up the terminally ill to deliver messages to the afterlife, they get paid to memorize them and to promise to try and deliver them wherever they and up.

i am thinking this may be how one talks to the "other side" in my world. maybe the spell component is a terminal person?

So, is there going to be a way for the otherside to answer or is it all hope that the ill person gets the message there.

What of a devil organization that tries to disrupt the messages or pervert them in some way? Just a randome thought on that.

And I thought I was going to have to track down a representative of the Dusties.

Perhaps this could be a new rider in the dustmen contracts, deliver message to certain petitioners. I guess it would only be valuable if you knew where the soul was going, though.

Of course, there's nothing saying that wouldn't be a rider as well.
