Thermal binders

I'm looking to get one of these soon, so I can properly bind some of the many PDFs I've bought, as well as my own documents.

Anyone know much about these, like what might be a good but cheap one? What are ongoing costs like? Anything else I should know, before or after getting one?

I've got one I picked up about ten years ago when an office supply store went out of business (I also bought a few thousand covers for pennies on the dollar). It's an excellent tool but after you bind a PDF take the new book -- do not open it! -- and set it aside for 24 hours or so. The glue will hold a lot better if it's given at least that long to cool.

Ah, thanks. I probably wouldn't have known that, so you might've just saved me some time, headaches and well. . . money.
